Facade Site Services offers a professional approach with the inspection and reporting of facade installation during the course of a project to ensure no corners are being cut and sub-contractors are installing to the approved drawings.

Onsite water testing is crucial according to AAMA 501.2 standards, particularly when conducted by NATA registered professionals, ensuring rigorous compliance and accuracy in assessing building envelope performance.
Facade Site Service specialises in the supply, management and installation of broken glass panels. Whether it be 40 storeys high using rope access or from the ground using an EWP and cranes we can help with a safe well planned solution to replacing.
Detailed reports can also be offered when replacing frameless DGU glass panels to help with documenting what has been used and to ensure generic sealants have been used to avoid any risks of failure.
Onsite or off site air filtration testing is offered to builders or contractors. All test and procedures are compliant with AAMA 502.
The need for on-site or off-site performance testing is to establish the facade system’s structural, air-tightness and water-tightness. The performance is important for a successful and weather-tight facade.
